- Pre-bid consultancy, helping your team to apply learning outcomes from the training in the context of the live bid. Support typically includes guidance on developing a clear and coherent service model; assistance with answer planning tender questions to give responses a clear structure; guidance on developing internal processes for project-specific bid management; and assistance with interpreting tender requirements and raising strategic clarification questions.
- Line-by-line reviews of each of your draft responses, undertaken by a member of our quality team or a senior writer experienced in your industry.
